Every room was curated,
not just furnished
Design-forward from the ground up. Velvet, oak, brass, and concrete in a palette built around warm tones and natural materials.
The Gathering Space
18-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a moss-green velvet sofa. The kitchen is Wolf range, Sub-Zero fridge, Miele coffee bar, and an island that seats four. Built for real cooking, not just reheating.
The Game Room
100-inch TV, Nintendo Switch, pool table, and a wet bar. The room your group won't leave. Game night, watch party, or just somewhere to post up with a drink and good company.
The Workspace
A proper desk overlooking the garden with a walk-off balcony. Ergonomic chair, business-grade WiFi, and a door that closes. This is where you take the call and your colleague asks where you are.
The Theater
A screening room with a modular cloud sofa in charcoal, projector, and surround sound. Movie nights, team presentations, or just somewhere to disappear.
The Terrace
Mountain views across the Front Range. A fire pit for the evening. A pizza oven, grill, and Traeger for cooking outside. Sonos playing overhead. This isn't a patio — it's the best room in the house, and it doesn't have a roof.
One command.
The whole house responds.
Sonos soundbars and ceiling speakers in every room. Smart lighting and motorized shades throughout. Alexa integration that ties it all together. You don't need to learn anything — just ask.
The Theater Transforms
Lights dim to amber. Shades drop. The projector fires up. Surround sound is ready. The cloud sofa is waiting. You just have to pick the movie.
The House Wakes Up
Kitchen lights warm. The Miele coffee bar is ready. Music fills the main floor through the Sonos. The day starts before you reach the island.
The Terrace Sets the Mood
Outdoor speakers come alive. The lighting warms the terrace for sunset. All that's left is opening a bottle and firing up the pizza oven.
Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.
Close to everything. Far enough from the noise.

Every design decision leads back
to creating a moment
Not luxury. Not minimalist. Intentional. Every piece was chosen, not purchased. There's a coherent aesthetic you can feel even if you can't name it.
Designed
A clear aesthetic point of view runs through every room. Warm tones, natural materials, clean lines — nothing accidental, nothing trendy. The photos tell this story.
Functional
It works as well as it looks. Wolf and Sub-Zero in the kitchen. A real office with a balcony. A game room with a pool table. EV charging in the garage. Nothing is for show.
Experiential
Staying here feels like something. Steaks on the Traeger while the sun drops behind the Rockies. Espresso from the Miele at sunrise. The fire pit after everyone's had too much wine. These are the moments.
